In order to become an instructor at Tutoria Uno a Uno, potential instructors must work for a term of one year as school assistants. Time during which, they must get to learn the English language and to know the material he or she shall use during class. On the other hand, while in training, All the instructors and Tutoria Uno a Uno show their solidarity and support to our trainees by sharing the weekly remuneration for his or her services.

Once the first year of training is over, a second stage begins; the trainee becomes a conversation teacher.

A third stage begins four months after the trainee became a conversation teacher; he or she starts working as a vocabulary teacher. If the instructor proves to be a dazzling, pleasant, reliable, and proficient vocabulary instructor, a shot to the position of exercise instructor, our third level at Tutoria Uno a Uno, is given to the trainee.

Our fifth and last level begins when the instructor has demonstrated to be a first-rate, skillful instructor. Then, only then, the exercise instructor becomes a grammar teacher.
