MIRRORS bbq & grill is a project where these high risk kids get trained and do learn how to become cooks, waiters, supervisors, managers and do learn small business principles; such as "team work".

In conclusion, MIRRORS bbq & grill does not simply offer you a humble, but delightful menu, but also, the chance to help not just some of our kids, but their guides: and in order to do so, each one of them gets a monthly salary. None the less, tips, and 30 percent of the profit is divided among them.
